The Linen Co. Australia is happy to replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate. If your product arrives with problems you have 7 working days in which to call us and a full refund of the product will be given. Not including shipping either way. Just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip please keep a copy for your records and follow these simple steps: We realise that sometimes carriers do not take care in sending products this is why we try and help as soon as you contact us.
 
 
Steps to return your product:

  • Contact our customer service department. Our staff is available during business hours 6 days a week You can contact us by calling (AUS)+ 61 3 9899 9800. Once we have established the problem then we can act for you.
  • Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative. If you do not return a product with this number we cannot help you in any way.

  • For your security, please return your gift with an insured Australia Parcel Post and retain your receipt. The Linen Co. Australia is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. However if sent insured we give full back up to get a refund from Australia post if fully insured this goes for parcels to and from The Linen Co. Australia.
