Shipping Information

We currently only deliver within Australia, using Australia post or our reliable courier service as our delivery choice.  

Delivery costs are calculated on checkout, and are based on combined product weight and delivery distance.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt, subject to order confirmation and clearance of funds. If in a rush please tell us and if payment is made we can express your order

Any order received Monday to Friday after 2pm will be despatched the following day if payment has been made. Orders received over weekends will be despatched on Monday. We try our best if a public holiday it throws everything into delay. Please be patient.

Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and an expected delivery date. We will place the item on back order and make sure when the shipment arrives you have first opportunity to buy the products.
